Global energy leader bp is undergoing a digital overhaul as it shifts from being an international oil company to an integrated energy company. Bp generates billions of data signals and uses thousands of third-party and line-of-business Microsoft 365 Open Authorization (OAuth) applications to run a global enterprise with 90,000 users. They wanted better visibility of app permissions, how much data each app handles, and app behavior so the company could scale with real-time, automated controls and policy settings.
